This year we are asking all families to include the General Fund on the list of ways they can support the PS/IS 78Q PTA.
Suggested donation amounts are $500, $250, $100. No donation is too small and every contribution makes an impact. Our goal is 100% family participation! All donations are confidential.

We are thrilled to announce that the PTA will be hosting its fourth annual Spring Dinner & Auction on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 7 - 10pm at beautiful Maiella Restaurant located on the waterfront in Long Island City (4620 Center Blvd). Please spread the word and invite friends!
Last year, this event was our most successful fundraiser as family members and friends in the LIC community came together for a fun night out to benefit our school. The evening will again feature delicious cuisine, open bar with wine and well drinks, silent auctions and door prizes.
The funds raised at this event will be used for everything from specialty arts programs, technological upgrades, essential classroom supplies, professional development for teachers and staff, teaching assistants and much more.
